WeTransfer Digital Transfer Facility

We also use functions of the service, WeTransfer, in relation to the digital transfer of files to you as part of any business contract. WeTransfer is operated by WeTransfer B.V., Oostelijke Handelskade 751, 1019 BW Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Digital files that are being issued to you in the performance of a business contract are uploaded, stored and made available to download by the recipient (i.e. You) only on WeTransfer’s servers for a limited period of time and will expire and be deleted automatically after 7 days. The process is secured by WeTransfer’s Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure systems which encrypt files through the upload and download process. You will be notified of the expiration date in the confirmation email sent to you by WeTransfer. If files sent to you via WeTransfer are not downloaded within the time period, WeTransfer will permanently delete the files and will not be available nor retrievable anymore. Should this occur and you wish to have the files retransmitted, please notify us accordingly.
